About the Role
The Finance team at Point72 provides timely and accurate financial information and services to business partners. This role is part of the CFO Innovation team focused on reengineering finance processes with automation to drive efficiency and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and controls of Finance activities such as month-end close, cash forecasting, and reporting
- →Work with developers to implement new techniques, including AI in workflows
- →Present functional requirements to guide action plans and convey business benefits of automation
- →Manage large-scale automation projects in partnership with Investment Services teams
- →Share best practices and help teams embrace new tools and ways of working
Requirements
- ✓Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- ✓3-5 years of professional experience in accounting, corporate finance, or finance transformation
- ✓Experience managing automation projects and mapping out process steps
- ✓Strong Excel skills and strong writing and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving business needs
- ✓Commitment to highest ethical standards
