About the Role

We are looking for a Principal AI Engineer to join our team at PointClickCare, a leading health tech company. This role involves leading and designing AI systems across multiple SaaS solutions, defining technical standards, and reusable patterns for reasoning, tool use, and coordinated action.

Key Responsibilities

→Set the technical vision and reference architecture for agentic AI across applications
→Build and govern reusable platform components to accelerate adoption across teams
→Develop and refine advanced prompting strategies for LLMs
→Test, evaluate, and analyze the performance of LLM and other GenAI models
→Drive cross-functional roadmaps and integration standards across OCIO and business teams
→Be the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) and internal AI expert for relevant enterprise applications
→Identify, prioritize, and execute AI use cases with clear business outcomes
→Coach and hold vendors accountable to our best practices and milestone deliverables
→Be a coach/mentor for other engineers on AI maturity

Requirements

✓Model serving and cost/perf optimization experience
✓Good understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and Boomi Agentic AI platform capabilities
✓Mastery in DevOps processes and tools
✓Mastery in GITHUB and troubleshooting complex versioning and DevOps issues
✓Mastery in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to iteratively deliver complex solutions
✓Excellent organization, critical-thinking, and personal self-management and leadership skills
✓Self-starter with the ability to deliver without supervision
✓A continuous learner who enjoys acquiring and sharing knowledge
✓A seasoned great team player and coach
✓Analytical mind that is forward thinking
