About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join PointClickCare's Strategic Delivery Office. This role involves leading the implementation of projects and program workstreams, acting as the primary client liaison, and supporting multi-year enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead enterprise project and program delivery
→Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects and workstreams
→Act as primary client liaison for SDO-governed projects
→Ensure alignment with transformation strategy and objectives
→Manage day-to-day operational execution
→Apply PMO best practices to deliver projects on time and on budget
→Enable informed decision-making through stakeholder engagement
→Proactively manage risk, change, and delivery insights
→Strengthen enterprise delivery maturity through PMO capability development

Requirements

✓5–10 years of professional project management experience in complex environments
✓Demonstrated experience leading agile projects or programs end-to-end
✓Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams
✓Strong project planning and execution using PMO best practices
✓Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Proficiency with project management and productivity tools
✓Experience working with AI-assisted delivery tools
✓Strong business acumen
