About the Role
We are looking for a Support Analyst to join our Clinical team. This role provides end-user technical support to healthcare professionals and serves as the first point of contact for technology-related issues. The position offers an opportunity to expand technical skills while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide timely customer support via multiple channels
- →Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity
- →Take ownership and follow up on unresolved cases
- →Build strong client relationships through timely follow-ups
- →Maintain knowledge articles for the support portal
- →Record daily communications and actions in the CRM system
- →Support departmental goals, objectives, and deliverables
- →Work shifts between 8am and 8pm as required
Requirements
- ✓MDS 3.0 expertise and MDS Coordinator experience
- ✓Exposure to AI tools and desire to leverage them
- ✓Ability to handle clients professionally with confidence
- ✓Ability to work on concurrent tasks with effective prioritization
- ✓Experience in fast-paced environments requiring critical thinking
- ✓Understanding of API and service technologies
- ✓Degree or post-secondary education in IT or related field preferred
- ✓Experience in technical support position an asset
