About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant with deep hands-on experience administering or configuring mortgage LOS platforms, especially ICE Encompass. This customer-facing role involves helping lenders successfully implement and adopt Polly's capital markets and pricing technology by designing workflows, configuring integrations, and guiding complex implementations that integrate with their loan origination systems.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead end-to-end implementations for Polly customers as the subject-matter expert for LOS workflows, Encompass configuration, and mortgage data structures
→Partner with customer stakeholders to understand current Encompass setups and design future-state workflows
→Configure, validate, and support integrations between Polly and Encompass, including data mapping, business rules, and automation logic
→Translate Encompass admin concepts into implementation requirements and solution designs
→Troubleshoot implementation issues related to LOS data, configuration, and workflow dependencies
→Document configurations, implementation decisions, and best practices for customers and internal teams
→Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to escalate issues and improve implementation processes

Requirements

✓3-7+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring Encompass in production environments
✓Deep working knowledge of Encompass business rules, custom fields, personas, workflows, forms, and reporting
✓Strong understanding of the end-to-end mortgage loan lifecycle and secondary marketing concepts
✓Proven experience supporting and implementing LOS changes in live production environments with risk mitigation focus
✓Comfort working directly with customers in a consultative, solution-oriented capacity
✓Ability to translate complex LOS configurations into clear, business-friendly explanations
✓Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex system environments
✓Client-facing implementation experience in professional services or consulting roles (preferred)
✓Familiarity with capital markets, pricing engines, or secondary marketing systems (preferred)
✓Exposure to Encompass APIs, SDKs, or third-party LOS integrations (preferred)
✓Experience managing multiple customers or concurrent implementations (preferred)
