About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on guiding enterprise customers through complex software implementations and serving as a subject matter expert on our Product & Pricing Engine platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a subject matter expert on Product & Pricing Engine, providing advanced configuration and LOS mapping guidance
- →Serve as an escalation point for Implementation Consultants and customers, resolving technical and workflow challenges
- →Lead discovery and solution design sessions on pricing, loan data, mapping, translations, and data workflows
- →Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer needs and influence roadmap priorities
- →Develop and maintain advanced playbooks, guides, and configuration standards for team-wide use
- →Mentor teammates and support training to strengthen collective expertise
- →Identify systemic risks or gaps in implementations and drive scalable solutions
- →Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on platform capabilities, best practices, and strategic configurations
- →Create and maintain implementation assets including templates, documentation, and best practice guides
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience leading software implementations and managing enterprise or high-complexity customers
- ✓Expertise with project management tools and systems such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and project tracking software
- ✓Experience with mortgage software and system implementations
- ✓Comfort with technical systems and configuration with ability to quickly learn new tools and products
- ✓Admin-level experience in Encompass or similar LOS including field configuration, input forms, business rules, and custom objects
- ✓Experience mapping data between an LOS and third-party systems such as PPE, POS, or CRM
- ✓Understanding of data fields required for pricing
- ✓Familiarity with troubleshooting data discrepancies
- ✓Experience resolving field-level mismatches or validation errors in production implementations
- ✓Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Ability to influence stakeholders and guide customers through change
- ✓Passion for customer success, problem solving, and proactive risk mitigation
