About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Posh, a platform that connects people through live events. Your work will directly impact how event organizers create experiences and how attendees discover and enjoy them.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the productionalization of personalization and classification algorithms
- →Build with data and analytics in mind to ensure accuracy and relevance of algorithms
- →Translate experimental outputs from AWS Sagemaker/Personalize into production-ready systems
- →Demonstrate full stack experience with specialization in backend or infrastructure
- →Collaborate on architecture and technical decisions that influence the platform's direction
- →Design and maintain model-serving infrastructure for deploying ML models
- →Focus on performance optimization and system reliability
- →Drive experimentation with MVPs
- →Provide mentorship to engineers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects
- ✓Experience integrating LLM or ML outputs into core product features
- ✓Strong specialization in backend or infrastructure systems
- ✓Proficiency in relevant technologies (IaC, AWS, Java, Python, Typescript)
- ✓Experience with scalability and performance optimization
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to lead initiatives and mentor others
- ✓Experience at consumer, social, or marketplace companies is a plus
