About the Role
Posh is seeking a Growth Engineer to help shape a platform that brings people together through social experiences. This role will directly impact how event organizers create experiences and how attendees discover and enjoy them.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute full-stack growth experiments and targeted initiatives across the Posh platform
- →Drive experimentation with MVPs, balancing rapid iteration with long-term sustainable growth
- →Collaborate with Product & Data to turn early hypotheses into high-impact tests
- →Take a data-oriented approach to everything you build, integrating scalable tracking systems
- →Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Engineering Team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects with significant business impact
- ✓Proficiency in relevant full-stack technologies (React, React Native, Typescript, AWS or similar)
- ✓Strong understanding of growth strategies, experimentation frameworks, and metrics-driven decision-making
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and passion for creating products that connect people in the real world
- ✓Experience with A/B testing frameworks or experimentation platforms (StatSig, LaunchDarkly)
- ✓Strong knowledge of product metrics, funnels, and user lifecycle stages
- ✓Ability to lead initiatives, mentor others, and communicate effectively across teams
