About the Role
Join our dynamic US commercial team in Chicago as a New Business Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in our fintech scale-up's growth story across the Americas. Reporting directly to the SVP Global Head of New Business Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping our Americas sales strategy and cultivating a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive results with urgency, taking accountability for both individual and team outcomes
- →Lead and develop your Sao Paulo-based report, enhancing their sales skills and product knowledge
- →Foster a high-performance culture across North and South America
- →Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Client Success, and Marketing teams
- →Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
Requirements
- ✓A very strong sense of urgency and ownership
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of payments experience in Sales and/or Business Development
- ✓Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
- ✓Deep industry knowledge of the FinTech payments space
- ✓Strong commercial, analytical, and quantitative skills
- ✓Excellent communication and influencing abilities
