About the Role

The Program Manager at Precision Medicine Group plays a key leadership role in managing program development workflow and ensuring effective communication between teams and clients. This position requires strong project management skills in a pharmaceutical-related service-based business.

Key Responsibilities

→Create, manage and communicate program development workflow plans
→Organize and maintain online project folders according to SOP guidelines
→Oversee the client’s medical/legal/regulatory process with the PM Team
→Represent the Program Management department during pitches and assist with new business
→Manage and mentor Program Manager and Coordinator
→Participate in statement of work development and monitor financial reports
→Act as primary client contact for project status, MLR process, and invoicing
→Ensure compliance with guidelines including legal templates and Sunshine Act reporting
→Manage logistics vendors and perform meeting planning tasks
→Manage vendors not associated with strategy and content
→Manage and train assigned Program Coordinators and/or Program Managers

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree
✓5-7 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical-related service-based business
✓Proficiency in MS Office programs including MS Project
✓Experience in medical communications, advertising, sales training or digital production
✓Strong financial management skills for service-based businesses
✓Experience managing staff including performance reviews, action plans, training and mentoring
