Prima Mente is seeking an AI Research Partner Embed to work with early design partners and translate real-world problems into concrete solutions using Pleiades models. This role focuses on bridging research and production in the field of biological foundation models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Embed with early design partners to understand their data, workflows, and objectives
- →Translate real-world problems into deployable solutions using Pleiades
- →Design and build custom pipelines, data ingestion, and model integration
- →Establish deployment best practices
- →Feed insights from deployments back into the R&D roadmap
Requirements
- ✓Collaborative, low-ego, team-oriented mindset
- ✓Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Deep technical fluency in data science, ML, and computational biology
- ✓Strong programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent
- ✓Background in research-to-production transition
- ✓Familiarity with compliance and data governance
- ✓Experience building tools or frameworks for ML/AI workloads
- ✓Prior experience deploying ML/AI in regulated environments
