About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee Op Ex financial management and period-end close. This role involves collaborating with various departments and ensuring financial compliance and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Op Ex financial management and period-end close, overseeing preparation and analysis of financial/management accounts
- →Deliver high-quality performance reporting, producing clear management reports with bridges and variance analysis
- →Strengthen cost governance and allocation methodologies, enhancing and maintaining transparent cost allocation models
- →Ensure financial compliance and audit readiness, upholding IFRS/US GAAP standards and SOX/ICFR requirements
- →Act as a strategic finance partner for key departments, serving as the main point of contact for Store Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, Facilities, and Technology teams
- →Provide team leadership and operational excellence, managing and developing direct reports and driving continuous improvement
