About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner - Workforce Management to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to align product vision with business objectives and ensure continuous value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Align payroll product and service vision with business stakeholders
- →Own the roadmap, release plan, and cross‑portfolio prioritisation
- →Translate the roadmap into a clear backlog and define/refine stories
- →Understand end‑user needs and business processes to guide product decisions
- →Work closely with delivery partners to meet acceptance criteria
- →Stay updated on technical developments and identify opportunities for new products
- →Promote collaboration across Product Owner teams and educate colleagues on agile practices
