About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Marketing and Community Manager to join Profound. This role focuses on building programs, content, and experiences that turn customers into vocal champions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and execute Profound’s customer marketing strategy, transforming customer success into compelling stories
- →Launch and scale a customer advocacy program that identifies champions and coordinates references
- →Create high-impact customer content including case studies, video testimonials, and success stories
- →Build and manage Profound’s customer community, both online and in person
- →Develop customer-led programming including community events, customer panels, and peer networking opportunities
- →Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to align advocacy efforts
- →Establish and own metrics that measure advocacy impact
- →Design recognition and reward programs that celebrate and incentivize customer champions
Requirements
- ✓A customer-obsessed marketer with experience building customer advocacy, reference, or community programs
- ✓Proven impact on pipeline and brand at a SaaS or marketing technology company
- ✓Strong storytelling ability across written, video, and event formats
- ✓Understanding of what makes communities thrive
- ✓Comfort on camera and on stage, hosting customer panels and moderating discussions
- ✓Ability to partner seamlessly with Sales, Success, Product, and Marketing
- ✓Bonus experience with community platforms or building advocacy programs in AI, analytics, or marketing technology
