About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Promenade, a mission-driven company empowering local businesses. This role focuses on delivering value to floral partners, helping them grow their business, and ensuring strong customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take ownership of a book of business, ensuring clients receive the value they expect from Promenade.
- →Maintain high retention and build trust with your book of business.
- →Drive adoption of Promenade’s Point-Of-Sale system, Dashboard features, and other offerings.
- →Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.
- →Handle support requests via email and phone.
- →Triage incoming support issues and escalate bugs to the engineering team.
- →Advocate for Promenade’s partners and resolve issues efficiently.
- →Identify trends to enhance the support process and improve user experience.
- →Act as a product evangelist, helping partners use Promenade products.
Requirements
- ✓At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Success role with responsibility for retention.
- ✓Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- ✓A natural people person and relationship builder.
- ✓Passionate about serving small businesses.
- ✓Tech savvy with experience in tools like Salesforce, Confluence, and proprietary systems.
- ✓Excellent communicator, both in writing and over the phone.
- ✓Friendly, optimistic, and have a caring demeanor.
- ✓Adept at working in a start-up environment.
