About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to join Prophet Security, a cybersecurity startup that automates security alert processes using AI. This role focuses on building pipeline and channel revenue with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit and manage relationships with channel partners including value-added resellers and systems integrators
- →Act as a liaison between Prophet Security and assigned channel partners
- →Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective channel partners
- →Deliver partner enablement initiatives including product training and sales plays
- →Equip partners with tools and support to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- →Coordinate Prophet Security personnel involvement to meet partner objectives
- →Sell through partner organizations to end users
- →Meet assigned sales targets and strategic objectives
- →Manage direct/channel conflict through excellent communication
- →Ensure partner compliance with channel programs
- →Identify and launch joint partner offerings
- →Build relationships with technology vendors
- →Maintain channel opportunity registrations
- →Plan and execute channel marketing activities
- →Travel to customer meetings locally and nationally
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience
- ✓Proven success driving revenue growth via channel partners
- ✓Understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Team-oriented and motivated
- ✓Career-oriented with a balance of fun and professionalism
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 50%
