About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Prophet Security, an AI-native security operations platform. You will lead the Core Product Team responsible for the core investigative features and workflows that power our AI SOC agent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and grow a high-performing team of Product engineers
- →Stay hands-on with our codebase to maintain technical credibility
- →Provide coaching and mentorship through regular 1:1s
- →Manage team performance by setting clear expectations
- →Champion operational excellence by establishing SLOs and incident response processes
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as an engineering manager
- ✓Strong technical background with hands-on experience building complex software systems
- ✓Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
- ✓Deep understanding of modern software development practices
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with AI tooling and enabling a team to effectively follow an AI-native software development lifecycle
- ✓Passion for product quality and customer outcomes
