About the Role
Prophet Security is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team. This role involves working with customers to demonstrate the value of their AI SOC platform and guide technical evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technical discovery to understand customer SOC environments, workflows, and challenges
- →Execute high-quality POVs/POCs that demonstrate clear value and operational impact
- →Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
- →Address technical objections and escalate complex issues when needed
- →Ensure every evaluation reflects clarity, rigor, and a high bar for execution
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a technical seller with strong background in security operations
- ✓Hands-on experience running or supporting POV/POC engagements
- ✓Strong technical depth across SOC tooling, detection, investigation, and response workflows
- ✓A process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to move fluidly between deep technical validation and customer-facing storytelling
- ✓A bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through
