About the Role
We are looking for a Principal AI Researcher to join our Attribution Team, where you will design and develop algorithms for source attribution and hallucination detection. This high-impact role focuses on AI/ML and Natural Language Inference, with significant ownership in technical decision-making and long-term architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and build algorithms for content understanding, inference, entailment, and relationship mining in production-grade attribution stack
- →Post-train foundation models (LLMs, VLMs) for content understanding and attribution solutions
- →Develop efficient extraction and indexing pipelines for deep understanding of content
- →Optimize performance and latency for both real-time and batch use cases
- →Identify and address bottlenecks in the attribution stack
- →Integrate LLMs and attribution components into B2B and B2C services
- →Evaluate and integrate modern frameworks and tools
- →Guide architectural decisions and mentor team members
- →Author technical papers or patents
Requirements
- ✓PhD degree in AI or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- ✓8+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on NLP/NLU, AI/ML, and distributed systems
- ✓Hands-on experience building and deploying content understanding and inference systems
- ✓Deep knowledge of Entity, Event, Proposition extraction, NLI, and KGs
- ✓Experience with Search (OpenSearch) and Graph (Neo4J) databases
- ✓Strong coding skills in Python and/or other backend languages
- ✓Experience with vector search, embedding pipelines, and dense retrieval techniques
- ✓Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
- ✓Passion for building impactful technology
