About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join Protege, a company focused on solving the biggest unmet need in AI by facilitating the secure and efficient exchange of AI training data. In this role, you will guide prospects and customers through the definition and delivery of healthcare datasets, ensuring high-quality samples and final deliveries that meet technical and conceptual specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building long-term strategic relationships
- →Lead end-to-end program management from data specification and preparation through QA and delivery
- →Work with Protege data partners to source cutting-edge healthcare data
- →Oversee the QA, packaging, and delivery of complex datasets, ensuring HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- ✓Proven customer-facing experience with managing expectations and leading customer conversations
- ✓Expertise in using SQL and python to query data and construct complex patient cohorts
- ✓Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and juggle competing priorities
- ✓Deep expertise in various healthcare data modalities including EHR, claims, radiology, pathology, and unstructured text
- ✓Familiarity with privacy-preserving techniques of healthcare data
- ✓Experience in healthcare AI, ML products, or enterprise data platforms
- ✓Prior startup experience
