About the Role
Public Storage is seeking a Financial Analyst to support their Facilities and Asset Management organization. This role will be a key partner in driving expense and capital financial planning and analysis, supporting forecasting, close activities, and executive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead expense and capital FP&A responsibilities, including monthly and quarterly close, quarterly forecasts, and the annual operating plan
- →Prepare and communicate variance analysis, management reporting, and required corporate deliverables
- →Partner closely with the Data Analytics team to maintain existing reports and develop new tools that enhance forecast accuracy and provide senior leadership with actionable guidance
- →Collaborate with Accounting to ensure costs are recorded accurately and propose journal entries as needed
- →Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as business needs arise
