About the Role
Public Storage is seeking an AI Business Manager to drive the strategy and implementation of AI-powered customer experience initiatives. This role connects technical teams and business stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead business-side AI initiatives from concept through deployment and ongoing optimization
- →Partner with IT to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- →Collaborate with Customer Service teams to understand agent pain points and identify automation opportunities
- →Work with Marketing to ensure AI interactions align with brand voice and customer acquisition strategies
- →Engage Field Operations to capture facility-level insights and support property management workflows
- →Define business requirements, success metrics, and ROI models for AI projects
- →Establish feedback loops with Customer Service agents and Field teams to assess AI effectiveness
- →Monitor AI performance metrics and drive action plans
- →Champion a test-and-learn culture by designing A/B tests and pilot programs
- →Analyze customer journey pain points and identify AI-driven solutions
- →Evaluate AI design options and trade-offs
- →Track KPIs, report on business impact, and recommend course corrections
