About the Role
We are seeking a Temporary Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Frisco, TX. This role involves acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract high-quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, interest level, availability, and compensation expectations.
- →Review resumes and applications to identify alignment with job requirements and organizational needs.
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- →Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and talent databases.
- →Engage passive candidates using targeted messaging and employer branding strategies.
- →Coordinate candidate assessments, testing, and interview scheduling.
- →Monitor candidate pipelines and proactively identify gaps or bottlenecks.
- →Ensure all screening activities comply with EEO, diversity, and data privacy regulations.
- →Track and report on screening metrics and sourcing effectiveness.
- →Stay informed on labor market trends and sourcing innovations.
Requirements
