About the Role
The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing financial operations for Public Storage. This position involves coordinating with various financial partners and internal teams to ensure smooth banking and payment processes across properties.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate with banks, credit card processors, and Public Storage’s Third Party Management team to enable new properties for deposits and payments
- →Prepare and submit boarding and KYC documentation to financial institutions
- →Assist properties with banking needs including switching banks and resolving issues
- →Investigate and implement new treasury management services
- →Onboard new properties to various financial systems
- →Administer online banking portals and reconciliation software
- →Serve as liaison between banking services and operational teams
- →Prepare daily deposits and process ACH transfers
- →Analyze financial fees and assist with auditor requests
- →Process wire and ACH transfers for corporate entities
- →Investigate and respond to banking security items
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of banking and payment processing systems
- ✓Experience with financial documentation and compliance
- ✓Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- ✓Attention to detail for financial reconciliation
- ✓Knowledge of ACH and wire transfer processes
- ✓Experience with fraud prevention systems
- ✓Ability to analyze financial data and fees
