About the Role
We are looking for a Data / AI Engineer to join our team and architect high-performance data ecosystems that transform raw information into actionable intelligence and agentic AI solutions. This role bridges complex engineering with business impact, collaborating with Data Scientists and Product Managers to build scalable AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect scalable data infrastructure, designing and deploying production-grade ETL pipelines and data models
- →Drive AI evolution by leading technical preparation and prototyping of AI-driven workflows
- →Ensure data excellence and integrity by implementing robust governance, security, and monitoring
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- →Manage business-hour on-call rotations to ensure seamless performance of ingestion systems
Requirements
- ✓Advanced engineering proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling
- ✓Experience managing relational and NoSQL environments within AWS cloud infrastructures
- ✓Strong desire to apply data engineering principles to intelligent automation
- ✓Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical partners
- ✓Willingness to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with company policies
