THE ROLE
As the leader of our Commercial Select sales team in Paris, France, you will help customers move from legacy storage to Everpure’s modern, software-driven Enterprise Data Platform, delivered as-a-Service and ready for AI, cloud, and modern applications.
You will shape a high-potential district by hiring and developing top Account Executive talent, sharpening our go-to-market, and accelerating expansion across a diverse and underpenetrated install base. Partnering closely with SEs, our channel ecosystem, and Marketing, you will lead strategic conversations about AI, cloud, and data strategy across public and private sector customers; from leading research institutions to low enterprise SBF-120 and high-potential mid-market accounts.
This is a pivotal opportunity to rebuild and scale a high-potential district in a collaborative, high-impact organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop a district of 8 Account Executives, establishing a culture of excellence and personal leadership style to drive long-term commitment.
• Drive Sales Execution and Pipeline Rigor: Maintain a healthy 4X pipeline and ensure consistent quota attainment through disciplined sales methodology and weekly performance management reviews.
• Scale Install Base Expansion: Lead the strategy to expand within existing accounts (~20-25% of the base), focusing on high-growth areas like container platforms, AI-ready infrastructure, and unified data services.
• Orchestrate the Partner Ecosystem: Cultivate deep alliances with key channel partners and technical partners to execute complex, indirect sales motions that solve customer business challenges.
• Influence Strategic GTM Growth: Analyze sales metrics and market trends across district accounts (averaging 25 accounts per rep) to adapt strategies for vertical-specific success in Industry, FSI, Research, and Healthcare.
WHAT YOU BRING
• People Leadership Experience: 5+ years leading sales teams within the IT industry, with a consistent track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing Account Executives.
• Proven Sales Leadership: Experience owning a district or regional business, with a track record of driving team quota attainment and coaching AEs to succeed in complex infrastructure and as-a-service environments.
• Market & Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape, with the ability to position modern data platforms and consumption models against legacy approaches through your team.
• Strategic Execution: A builder mindset with the ability to scale underperforming or high-potential territories, navigate complex sales cycles, and lead with integrity and accountability.
• Operational Fluency: Strong inspection rigor (forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline), combined with the executive presence to engage C-level stakeholders and influence cross-functional leadership.
• Bilingual Communication: Professional fluency in both French and English is required to navigate the local market and interact with our international leadership teams.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Paris office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
