THE ROLE
As part of the Advanced Services Enterprise Strategy team, the Enterprise Solutions Architect plays a key role in defining and deploying technical services strategy that accelerates Pure’s enterprise growth. This is a senior global role supporting all geographies and partnering across regions to drive consistent, scalable outcomes.
We are looking for a self motivated individual with experience building and evolving professional services offerings or technical solutions that enable enterprise customers and solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with Enterprise, Services Portfolio, and Services Engineering teams to define enterprise grade services that position Pure technologies as part of integrated, end to end customer solutions aligned to measurable business growth.
You bring strong strategic and creative thinking, enjoy operating with autonomy within a clear direction, and are motivated by visible impact. You thrive on connecting technology, services, and operating models to real customer value and are energized by shaping enterprise solutions and helping teams win complex, high impact engagements.
This is an individual contributor role with the potential to evolve into a people leadership role as the enterprise services capability scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Help define and execute the Advanced Services technical strategy aligned to enterprise growth
• Act as the primary Advanced Services interface into the Enterprise Line of Business, Field Solution Architects, and Pure Solution Engineering
• Shape scalable, repeatable enterprise services aligned to Pure solution strategy and customer outcomes
• Architect enterprise transformation journeys that balance innovation, validation, and delivery feasibility
• Partner with Services Portfolio to define, launch, and evolve enterprise services offers
• Apply product management principles to services, including roadmap planning, prioritisation, and lifecycle ownership
• Work with Services Engineering to define delivery models, standards, and enablement requirements
• Support strategic enterprise opportunities through solution shaping and deal engagement
• Contribute directly to measurable growth through services adoption and enterprise wins
• Define how Pure Advanced Services and strategic partners or alliances deliver enterprise solutions together
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines or London office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience in enterprise consulting, professional services, solution architecture, or large scale transformation roles
• A track record of building or delivering scalable professional services or technical solutions
• Product management experience or a strong product mindset applied to services development
• Experience supporting complex enterprise customer engagements and growth opportunities
• Strong technical grounding across modern enterprise technologies, including databases, virtualization, cloud, AI, and automation
• The credibility to engage confidently in technical discussions with senior field solution architects and technical leaders
• Strong customer facing skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders in global organizations
• A self motivated, outcome oriented approach with the ability to operate independently and deliver measurable results
• Comfort navigating a global, cross functional organisation and influencing at all levels of seniority
• A creative and strategic mindset, balanced with execution discipline and accountability
• A collaborative leadership style, with the confidence to challenge constructively and help teams succeed
