Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to support the G&A organization from our Prague Finance Hub. This role will support the Finance, HR, and Legal P&L, including Forecast and consolidations across all G&A corp functions. Ensuring strong execution in accuracy, forecasting, and insights. This role will also drive spend modeling, workforce insights, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically strong self-starter with solid modeling and communication skills. This individual will enhance reporting, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making aligned with business priorities and KPIs.
What You’ll Do
• Own Close, Planning, Forecasting, and Performance Management: Support the Finance, HR, and Legal P&Ls and headcount, driving consistency in reporting across G&A. Ensure accuracy, develop scenario models, and deliver performance insights tied to KPIs to support decision-making and improve business outcomes.
• Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: Build and maintain models across P&L, OPEX (headcount and non-headcount), and allocations to evaluate trade-offs, support planning, and improve cost efficiency.
• Drive Automation and Scalability: Improve reporting and streamline FP&A processes through tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI. Support scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.
• Lead Expense Management: Support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle, ensuring disciplined spend management and alignment with near- and long-term plans.
• Enable Cross-Functional Decisions: Partner with Business Units, Accounting, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to support budget tracking, contract analysis, and productivity insights, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment.
• Enable and lead core FP&A operations: Establish standardized processes and manage a remote team of analysts to support accruals, purchase requisitions, and broader spend management activities across FP&A. Ensure strong execution, consistency, and financial discipline.
What You Bring
• Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• FP&A Experience: Proven success in business-facing finance roles supporting planning, investment decisions, or cost management.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus.
• Collaborative Leadership: Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop strong cross-functional relationships.
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
