About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Marketing organization, serving as the strategic financial backbone. This role involves transforming complex data into a growth engine and partnering with senior Marketing leaders to optimize global investments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Strategic Planning: Architect the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly close cycles, delivering executive-ready narratives that guide global investment shifts.
- →Advise Executive Leadership: Act as a primary finance business partner to Marketing leaders, utilizing scenario modeling to influence high-stakes trade-offs.
- →Drive Financial Governance: Establish and govern processes for accruals and budget management, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and departmental spend.
- →Modernize Insights: Identify and implement process improvements using data visualization tools to translate complex spend patterns into actionable business intelligence.
Requirements
- ✓Strategic Finance Expertise: Extensive experience leading complex FP&A cycles and financial planning, preferably supporting Marketing, Sales, or similar Go-to-Market functions.
- ✓Executive Influence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- ✓Analytical Strength: Financial modeling and proficiency with data systems such as SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- ✓Operational Ownership: A proactive mindset for managing financial governance and cross-functional processes in a fast-paced environment.
