About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team at Pure Storage. This role involves serving as the primary technical authority and strategic advisor for our most significant enterprise customers, driving their IT transformation on the Everpure™ Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the long-term technical owner and primary advisor for assigned enterprise accounts, aligning platform strategy to evolving business priorities.
- →Establish structured technical governance, including regular health reviews and roadmap alignment sessions.
- →Provide architectural guidance across block, file, object, and cloud-integrated solutions within the Everpure platform.
- →Identify operational, architectural, and performance risks through telemetry analysis and structured engagement.
- →Guide customers on replication posture, disaster recovery readiness, and capacity planning.
- →Present risk posture, technical strategy, and platform roadmaps to stakeholders from administrators to CIO-level executives.
- →Lead complex, multi-technology issue resolution across Customer Experience, Engineering, Sales, and third-party vendors.
- →Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- ✓12+ years of experience operating within complex enterprise infrastructure environments.
- ✓Demonstrated experience managing long-term technical relationships within vendor or enterprise IT environments.
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage architectures across block, file, and object environments.
- ✓Broad understanding of storage integration within multi-technology ecosystems.
- ✓Experience supporting Tier 1 applications and database environments (Oracle strongly preferred).
- ✓Proven ability to interpret telemetry, performance trends, and operational data to identify early risk indicators.
- ✓Experience leading complex issue resolution efforts across internal teams and external vendors.
- ✓Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical strategy to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- ✓Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
