About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Migration Specialist to join Pylon, a B2B post-sales support platform. This role involves helping customers migrate from their old support systems to Pylon and becoming their main problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities
- →Combine talking directly with customers with building solutions
- →Migrate new customers off their old support system to Pylon
- →Run customer migration meetings within the first week
- →Communicate directly with customers and become their main problem-solver
- →Become a deep product expert and guide customers to the right solution
- →Contribute to pre-sales calls as the be-all-end-all for potential solutions
- →Be an expert in Pylon and the systems we migrate from (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
- →Juggle many customers at once and drive them to completion
- →Iteratively improve the migration process
Requirements
- ✓Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person
- ✓Very organized, hard working, and fast
- ✓Detail-oriented and fast learner
- ✓An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
