About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects. This role requires managing complex projects from initiation through post-deployment stabilization, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-deployment stabilization
- →Apply PMI project management methodologies to ensure predictable delivery
- →Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- →Establish and maintain integrated project plans with milestones and deliverables
- →Enforce formal change control processes for all scope changes
- →Facilitate project governance including steering committee meetings and status reporting
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants and technical resources
- →Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards
- →Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues
- →Drive customer adoption through testing, training, and go-live activities
- →Align service delivery with ITIL principles
- →Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance
- →Leverage PSA systems for project financials and billing accuracy
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading ERP implementation projects
- ✓Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies

- ✓Experience with change control processes
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Knowledge of ITIL principles
