About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of innovative digital solutions in the global food TIC industry. This role combines business acumen, technology expertise, and food quality knowledge to build scalable, data-driven products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the execution of digital initiatives from planning to rollout
- →Support the onboarding of internal teams and external clients to new digital tools
- →Act as the key point of coordination between regional and global teams
- →Work with stakeholders to understand operational needs and document requirements
- →Track product usage and operational data to assess adoption and identify improvement opportunities
- →Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support smooth rollouts of new features
- →Engage directly with operational teams and auditors to observe workflows and gather feedback
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading digital product development
- ✓Strong understanding of food quality and testing, inspection, and certification processes
- ✓Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- ✓Experience with data analysis and insights
