About the Role

Quadbridge is seeking a Business Development Representative to contribute to their growth strategy by generating leads and driving new qualified pipeline opportunities. This role will support territory Account Managers and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Generate leads and drive qualified pipeline opportunities for territory Account Managers
→Execute cold outreach via Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
→Support marketing campaigns by engaging prospects and driving performance
→Book qualified meetings and maintain consistent outreach activity
→Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
→Manage sequences and day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision

Requirements

✓1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales or customer service
✓Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
✓Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and resilient
✓Creative thinker with a growth mindset and collaborative approach
