About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven VIP Account Manager to join our Sales Team at Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities. This role focuses on providing premium services to our high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

→Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools
→Promote company products and services to high-value clients
→Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers
→Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention
→Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
→Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement
→Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

✓English proficiency at B2 level or higher
✓Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic
✓Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
✓Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development
✓Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
✓Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✓High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients
