About the Role
We are looking for an experienced German-speaking BDR Manager to lead and develop our growing Business Development team at Quadient. This role focuses on outbound excellence, coaching, and predictable pipeline creation for our Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7-8 BDRs to drive outbound pipeline creation across DACH.
- →Deliver hands-on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role-play sessions to increase outreach quality and conversion rates.
- →Build scalable outbound prospecting programs across phone, email, and social.
- →Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align pipeline expectations and improve qualification metrics.
- →Partner with Marketing to improve lead flow, ICP targeting, and demand generation impact.
- →Ensure effective use of Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
- →Maintain accurate CRM data and provide visibility into team activity and pipeline health.
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading and developing a team of Business Development Representatives.
- ✓Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and pipeline creation.
- ✓Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- ✓German language fluency required.
