About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our team. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to our customers and maintaining our high customer satisfaction rate.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide first level support for all customers via telephone, email and live chat
- →Support and resolve customer queries relating to our website, services, customer accounts, and payments
- →Take ownership of query resolution, liaising with other teams across Quadient
- →Keep our CRM updated, follow up on calls and requests quickly and efficiently
