About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join Parcel Pending by Quadient. This role focuses on guiding clients through a smooth, engaging launch journey and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead customers through a smooth launch experience by managing communications, demonstrations, readiness checks, and onboarding support across phone, email, and web meetings.
- →Configure customer portals, prepare welcome materials, coordinate registration workflows, and execute data migrations.
- →Track and manage all launch activities using Salesforce and TalkDesk to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- →Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, support escalations, document issues, and continuously improve implementation processes.
- →Serve as a product ambassador by staying current on Parcel Pending by Quadient solutions, advocating for customers, and contributing to company goals, culture, and team success.
