About the Role
The Service Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the lifecycle of locker installations and services at Quadient Parcel Lockers Division. This role supports both internal teams and external partners with a focus on technical configuration, asset coordination, and service validation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Configure locker machines within designated software platforms, ensuring correct setup and operational readiness
- →Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to order necessary assets and manage the full lifecycle of each installation project
- →Review and validate technical reports submitted by service providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards
- →Manage execution of service contracts for hardware/software products, including creation, amendment, and cancellation
- →Maintain asset accuracy in core systems throughout the customer lifecycle
- →Support SLA, KPI tracking and operational excellence standards observation
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in technical configuration or systems setup
- ✓Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams
- ✓High attention to detail and ability to validate technical documentation
- ✓Experience in data accuracy and process improvement in a B2B environment
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Desirable Skills
- ✓Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, Siebel, Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle
- ✓Experience in service providers management and KPI and SLA monitoring and reporting
- ✓Background in parcel, retail, or eCommerce industries
