Responsibilities
• Define and maintain product roadmaps across cloud platforms (Azure, Oracle) in collaboration with the Principal product manager;
• Align product vison and strategy with customer feedback and internal priorities;
• Shape strategy roadmap and work together with Performance management and Principal product Manager to define a business case for establishing FinOps as a service for Oracle and Azure;
• Present product progress and strategic direction in Product steering committees and any ad hoc upper management or customer interaction;
• Conduct recurrent market research;
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and decision-makers to set the customer interviews;
• Prepare and present updates in senior stakeholder meetings;
• Foster a collaborative team environment through building a community ( details of activities in the community part);
• Keep documentation (e.g., Confluence, TOP portal, Service Catalogue) up to date for transparency;
• Coordinate with the other products to ensure Harmonization across pillars ( especially for the 4 main - we need to be aligned AWS, GCP , AZURE, ORACLE) , support internal knowledge-sharing sessions;
• Value stream mapping - Optimize workflows and tools to improve team efficiency;
• Harmonise processes across multi-cloud teams and initiatives;
• Conduct customer interviews to gather insights and validate product direction;
• Integrate customer feedback into product planning and prioritization;
• Enhance customer-facing documentation and FAQ;
• Create marketing and internal materials for events like MWC;
• Draft legal and technical documentation in collaboration with partners (e.g., Dell);
• Maintain clarity in roles and responsibilities using RACI models;
• Build pricing models considering total cost of ownership for FinOps as a Service, collaborate with the Principal Product;
• Manager to build and maintain the Pricing Models for Azure and Oracle/DRCC;
• Define product-related CAPEX/OPEX requirements for the business during planning cycle;
• Present in SRMs the Cloud Consumption and provide from a FinOps perspective updates on the Savings opportunities;
• Coordinate cost analysis and reporting for cloud services ;
• Craft a compelling marketing message that communicates the benefits and value of your product;
• Define strategy and draft leaflets, various presentations, videos to be customer facing;
• Define the channels through which you will distribute your product (Service Catalogue in our case, TOP);
• Define OKRs , achieve OKRs to measure the success of your product launch and ongoing performance;
• Use analytics to track customer engagement, (NPS - ask for it during customer interviews), customer return rate and define any other relevant metrics.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, architectures, and governance models;
• Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (Azure, Oracle, AWS, GCP);
• Familiarity with FinOps principles, cloud cost optimisation, and consumption reporting;
• Experience with building cloud product strategies and roadmaps;
• Understanding of TCO modeling, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and pricing frameworks;
• Proven ability to lead communities, working groups, or cross-functional teams;
• Skilled in organising and facilitating knowledge-sharing events, training sessions, and community programmes;
• Experience driving engagement and collaboration across diverse stakeholders;
• Strong product management skills: roadmap design, customer research, prioritisation, and lifecycle management;
• Ability to gather customer insights, validate assumptions, and integrate feedback into product decisions;
• Experience preparing business cases and contributing to long-term strategic planning.
