About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team at Rackspace Technology. This role involves building robust Django/DRF services and APIs for CMP, focusing on clean domain models, secure operations, and tight orchestration integration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design REST/GraphQL endpoints, serializers, permissions, and pagination
- →Implement domain logic, idempotent operations, audit logging, and rate limiting
- →Integrate with Airflow (events/callbacks/webhooks) and authN/Z (OIDC/JWT)
Requirements
- ✓Python, Django/DRF, Postgres/Redis; API-first development and testing (pytest)
- ✓SSDLC/OWASP, schema design, performance profiling/caching
- ✓Private cloud integration (IaaS/PaaS/DBaaS), multi-tenant isolation
- ✓PostgreSQL primary development; MS SQL interop and data exchange
