About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Design & Content Manager to own Radiant's day-to-day content production across social media, presentations, and visual assets. This high-output, hands-on role involves writing social content, building slides and decks, creating graphics, and producing content packages for every milestone.
Key Responsibilities
- →Write and publish social content daily for the Radiant brand account and executive accounts
- →Create slides, decks, and presentation materials for leadership, investors, and events
- →Design graphics for social posts, announcements, company website, and internal communications
- →Build content packages for major announcements: visual assets, social posts, investor talking points
- →Draft press materials including releases, fact sheets, and backgrounders
Requirements
- ✓5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand communications
- ✓Strong portfolio showing range: social posts, graphics, slides, short-form video
- ✓Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- ✓Excellent writing skills—punchy, clear, adaptable to different voices
- ✓Experience managing social accounts for brands or executives
- ✓Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible content
- ✓Comfort working fast with multiple competing priorities
