About the Role

Radiant is seeking a highly driven Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruitment and scale a world-class team in a startup environment. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and will be a strategic partner to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage full cycle recruiting process providing a best-in-class candidate experience
→Act as trusted partner for hiring managers on hiring strategies and closing talent
→Develop and uphold consistent, structured hiring processes that assess and attract top talent
→Own and drive university recruiting and internship programs
→Drive non-traditional recruitment methods, including networking events and identifying industry experts
→Identify and address process improvements in recruitment and talent function
→Attend recruiting and networking events on behalf of Radiant

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree from accredited university OR 5+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter
✓5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house
