About the Role
We are seeking a Fuel Transition Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and developing relationships with our Electric Vehicle customers, while also supporting other portfolios and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and drive the account management strategic plan demonstrating customer growth and profitability
- →Develop customer relationships to support increases in Electric Vehicle fleet, growing EV usage and the number of EV eligible cards and products offered
- →Serve as the company’s key representative for our Electric Vehicle customers
- →Recognize and develop customer loyalty by introducing the product suite Radius has to offer
- →Identify and adapt communication and engagement methods to fit the needs of your customers
- →Work as part of a wider team to support the company’s strategic plans and objectives
- →Support other portfolio’s when required with the same level of excellence given to your own customers.
