About the Role
We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join our Insurance division. This role is pivotal to our growth and involves prospecting, hunting, and closing higher-value insurance deals with Radius clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Have meaningful conversations with multiple prospects to understand their risks and align suitable insurance options
- →Understand the complex dynamics of prospects' insurance supply chain to provide competitive quotes
- →Manage high-quality leads from Radius divisions and gather their needs for insurance quotations
- →Manage your sales pipeline and review performance through the sales cycle
- →Work with leadership and marketing teams to refine our offer
