ABOUT THE ROLE
Range is looking for a Marketing Science & Growth Lead to play a critical role as we scale our all-in-one wealth management platform. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, advanced analytics, and data infrastructure, partnering closely with marketing, product, and engineering to drive efficient, measurable growth.
Youβll own the technical and analytical backbone of our marketing engine β from paid and organic performance optimization to experimentation, modeling, and attribution. This is a highly impactful role for someone with a startup mindset who thrives on solving complex, ambiguous problems and translating data into clear business decisions.
This role is based at Rangeβs headquarters in McLean, VA, and follows an in-office schedule Monday through Friday. If youβre not currently located in the area, relocation will be a contingency for employment.
At Range, youβll help define how we measure success, where we invest next, and how we continuously improve the way members discover and engage with our platform.
