About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team at Ravio. This role focuses on building and scaling our presence in the DACH region, helping companies make smarter compensation decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the DACH region and entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to close
- →Research, identify and approach potential customers in the DACH region tech industry
- →Develop a deep understanding of compensation-related challenges faced by tech companies
- →Build strong relationships and maintain ongoing dialogues with prospective customers
- →Collaborate with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams
- →Contribute to territory improvement and product refinement
Requirements
- ✓Ability to create trust and enthusiasm with potential customers
- ✓Strong qualification skills to understand customer needs
- ✓High sense of ownership with a bias for action
- ✓Ability to thrive in a high volume, high velocity environment
- ✓Excellent communication skills, including active listening and empathy
- ✓Team player, resilient, and adaptable to change
- ✓Fluent German speaking
- ✓B2B SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota
- ✓Bonus points for experience in HR Tech business
