About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team at Ravio. This role involves building and scaling one of Ravio’s most strategically important markets across the DACH region. You will shape regional strategy, develop market presence, and become the trusted face of Ravio in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- →Research, identify, and approach potential customers in the tech industry
- →Own the entire sales lifecycle, from outreach to closing
- →Handle a high volume of deals while building strong relationships
- →Collaborate with the Customer Success team for smooth customer onboarding
- →Develop a deep understanding of compensation-related challenges faced by tech companies
- →Share insights with the Commercial and Product teams to refine products and strategy
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS in a full-cycle sales role
- ✓Exceptional EQ and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
- ✓Knowledge of AE-techstack, such as Hubspot and SalesNavigator, is a plus
