About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join Ravio, a startup focused on compensation data and tools for companies. This is a player-coach role where you'll shape the product vision, lead a small team of product managers, and directly own high-impact areas of the product.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓B2B SaaS experience, ideally in a product-led organization
- ✓Experience leading a product team of 1+ with proven outcomes
- ✓Track record of owning strategy and shipping impactful products
- ✓Ability to work well in ambiguous environments and make informed bets
- ✓Sharp product intuition with ability to define and track metrics
- ✓Excellent communication skills with strong storytelling ability
- ✓Ability to move between big-picture thinking and executional detail
- ✓Highly self-aware with emotional intelligence and growth mindset
- ✓Motivation by mission of creating fairer workplaces
- ✓Player-coach mentality equally comfortable with direction and details
- ✓Openness to feedback and coachability
- ✓Experience working in fast-moving startup environments
