About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team at Realtor.com, a leading online real estate platform. This is a unique inside sales role focused on selling our lead generation product called Connections Plus to real estate agents and brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate new business sales through high volume outbound cold calling (100+ per day)
- →Sell our lead generation product and other seller, marketing, and branding solutions
- →Utilize scripts to speak to key product features, overcome objections, and explain ROI
- →Consistently achieve performance goals and key KPIs
- →Thrive in a fast-paced environment with collaborative competition
Requirements
- ✓3+ years' experience in tele-sales, with cold calling preferred
- ✓Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms
- ✓Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple platforms
- ✓Confident phone presence and solution-oriented mindset
